Colorbond® and Polycarbonate Pergola Kit – Two-Post Design

This pergola kit is designed to provide a strong, practical, and low-maintenance outdoor structure, ideal for patios, entertaining areas, and vehicle shelter.

It features a combination roofing system using both Colorbond® steel and Polycarbonate sheets. This design provides reliable weather protection while still allowing natural, filtered light into the space.

The frame is constructed from powder-coated, galvanised steel for enhanced strength and durability. Designed as a two-post, wall-attached structure, it is well suited to narrow outdoor areas or installations where space is limited.

Please note: The listed length refers to the structural frame. The overall length including the gutter extends approximately 100 mm further.

Materials and Colours

Frame:
Steel frame and posts are supplied in standard stock colours only:
Primrose, White and Monument

Roofing Materials:

• Colorbond® steel sheets (available in the full range of standard Colorbond® roofing colours — View Colorbond® colour range)
• Polycarbonate profile sheets (available in Clear, Grey, and Opal White)
• Roofing profiles available: Corrugated or Monoclad (Trimdek-style)
• Note: Colorbond® sheets are coloured on one side only.

Items supplied in the kit are standardised and cannot be substituted.

What the Kit Includes

• Assembly guide and detailed parts list
• Colorbond® steel roofing sheets and polycarbonate sheets (in selected profile and colours)
• Powder-coated, galvanised steel beams and posts
• Complete rainwater system including Hi Front 115 quad gutter, flashing, and PVC downpipe
• All screws, brackets, and accessories required for installation

All materials required for standard installation are included. Custom colours, profiles, or modifications are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Installation Notes

• Posts may be cut to suit site requirements (maximum height 3.0 m)
• The structure must be installed on suitable foundations
• Customers should confirm site conditions, council requirements, and wind load ratings prior to installation

Pickup and Delivery

• Local pickup available from our Belmore, Sydney warehouse. Ensure an appropriate vehicle for transporting long beams and posts.
• Delivery can be arranged within a 300 km radius of Belmore, NSW. Delivery fees and timeframes may vary depending on order size and location. Please contact us to confirm delivery details before purchasing.
